The Future of Healthcare is Now

About Us

We are a passionate team of doctors who want to raise the bar between institution protocol and patient outcomes without the high cost. A single treatment team guides select patients through all phases of patient care essentially becoming the communication bridge between physicians and institutions.

The Longitudinal Care Delivery Model® provides a linear relationship between patient, physician and facility. Offering a solution to the ethical, logistical and legal issues plaguing traditional medical travel.

How It Works

Identify and Enroll

Patient goes through standard perioperative workup locally while TAC liaison is assigned.

Liaison works with partner facility to schedule case, ensure all facility requirements are met, and coordinate travel.

Ensure patient has post procedure care in local facility and ensure follow-ups for after home care.
